MSP owner A has gone from £2,000 to £44,000 MRR (monthly recurring revenue) just from mining existing clients using the profit matrix. This is the easiest route to increasing net profit
MSP owners B and C have had professional videos created to go on their home pages. These feature people, not network cables or servers. And they will be powerful weapons to influence local decision makers at an emotional level
MSP owner D is now selling security as a separate package from IT support. And if the clients don’t want it, they must sign a disclaimer. This passes the psychological burden of the responsibility for cyber security back to them
And MSP owner E has launched a multi channel marketing campaign targeted at 1,000 prospective clients in their area. It’s themed around the 2020 problem (the Microsoft software reaching end of life in January). People only buy when they are ready to buy. This is a clever way to hook them in at exactly the right point
